I had never heard of P448 sneakers until a Facebook group (yes, I am that old – I still like Facebook groups) started to discuss them. Since I had never heard of them, I was intrigued and started looking at them.
P448 is an Italian footwear brand founded on the belief that “eclecticism, design innovation, and experimentation lie at the heart of self-expression.” What the heck does that mean?
Ultimately, P448 is all about combining bold style aesthetics with comfort…but not like Dr. Scholl’s level of comfort…however, they are comfortable!
The P448 sneakers were my entry into the BOUJEE sneaker world. At first, I was attracted to their sparkle. I just wanted to let you know that I felt like I was eight years old again, being drawn to the sparkly shoes (which, make a note of, I never had as a child = deprived childhood).
The discussion I initially followed was about a very silver sparkly shoe like the one shown below. While I like the design, it might be too bold for my initial pair of P448s. Plus, I’ll be honest . . . I found a pair ON SALE at Zappos for USD 171.00. The pair below, the John Cola, retails at a total price of USD 298.00.
What is the sizing for P448 sneakers? P448 sneakers are made in Italian sizing, which can be confusing. Here is an example of the sizing:

P448 is available for men and babies as well called P448 Mini . . . and those baby shoes look adorable! Baby shoes retail for USD 98 and look so stylish!
Are the shoes comfortable? These black sneakers have become my go-to daily sneakers. I have greatly downplayed my wardrobe since the pandemic, given up high-heeled shoes, and tend to wear sneakers daily. I have a walking treadmill at my desk, so wearing comfy sneakers makes it more convenient than switching from heels to sneakers when at the office.
Are they worth the money? Regarding the range of more luxury sneakers I have tried this year, the P448s are at the lower end of the price scale. While they are at the lower end of the price scale, they are just as comfortable – if not more comfortable – than some of the other sneakers I have tried this year. Oddly enough, I also get a lot of comments on these shoes while I am out and about—many comment on how sparkly and fun they are, which I also like.
Overall, I would highly recommend P448’s.
