Woof! Woof! I am Rudy Edward, and I am honored to be the pet mascot for BEING BOUJEE because the Lord knows I am BOUJEE! Let me tell you a little about myself…..
I am a purebred Parti-Yorkie born on July 15, 2020, in Minnesota, where my human mom is originally from. You might have guessed it, but I am a COVID baby – meaning I was bought because my human mom was working from home, which meant she would have time to train me…or so she thought. Jokes on her! I was supposed to be around 3-4 lbs full grown, but I tip the scales at 13 lbs now. My mom says I am just big-boned. UPDATE: I have gained some winter weight over the years and am now 20 lbs.
I am an extraordinary gift to my mom as I was hand-selected by her brother – my human-uncle Jason – who is in Heaven. He loved dogs so much and wanted to ensure his sister received only the best in a dog, so he obviously picked me for her!
My human mom named me after one of my uncle’s favorite movies – can you guess the name of it? Yep, Rudy. He was a Notre Dame fan and loved to cheer for the underdog in whatever sporting event he watched.
So, that is how my name came to be, but there is a lot more to me. Most people would call me spoiled, but I am loved. My human mom is always trying new toys and treats to entertain me because if I am not engaged, I can find trouble – or so she says. I love long walks on the beach (okay, just down the street, but I can imagine). I can tell time because I always know when to eat breakfast or dinner. And often, there isn’t a need for the doorbell as I do an excellent job of announcing a stranger’s arrival at our home.
My job here at BEING BOUJEE is to test new products and tell you if I like them. In addition to products, I will be traveling and sharing my adventures with you. I have a lot to say, and often, my human mom doesn’t want to hear from me, so I look forward to sharing my opinion with my new BOUJEE besties – human and fur besties.
Look for The Bark Buzz to hear more from me.
Rudy is the BEING BOUJEE mascot and lives his best life in Colorado with his human-mom, LeAnn. He is full of attitude and BOUJEE-ness but has a huge heart for all people and other four-legged friends. #everyonelovesRudy
